1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the KKGO Robotics platform, website, store, training programs, or any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.
2. Eligibility
Our Services are available to individuals aged 8 and above. Users under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements. Organizations enrolling employees must ensure all participants are authorized.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@kkgorobotics.com.
4. Program Enrollment
Enrollment in KKGO Robotics training programs is subject to availability and eligibility requirements specific to each program tier (Starter, Explorer, Champion, Professional). Program fees, schedules, and materials are as described on the Programs page. We reserve the right to modify program content and schedules with reasonable notice.
5. Store Purchases
All products sold through the KKGO Store are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (GH₵) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made through approved methods (MTN Mobile Money, Credit/Debit Card). Orders are confirmed upon successful payment processing. Shipping times vary by location.
6. Repair Services
Repair services are subject to our diagnostic assessment. We provide estimated repair timelines and costs after initial diagnostics. All repairs carry a 90-day parts and labor warranty. We are not liable for data loss on submitted hardware — please back up your data before submission.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the KKGO Robotics platform — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, software code, and hardware designs — is owned by KKGO Robotics or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to: use our Services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with other users' experience; submit false or misleading information; reverse-engineer or copy our proprietary technology; or use our platform to compete directly with our Services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KKGO Robotics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Accra, Ghana.
